Military Evolution Privacy Policy

1. About This Policy

IVBUL GAMES develops and publishes Military Evolution. This Privacy Policy applies to the game and to information you voluntarily send to IVBUL GAMES by email about it. Military Evolution is currently being prepared for Google Play testing. This policy describes its current product model.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Military Evolution does not currently require a user account and has no registration or login system. There is no Military Evolution account to delete in the current version.

3. Local Gameplay and Settings Data

In the current product model, gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device so that the game can save your progress and preferences. This device-local gameplay data is not transmitted to IVBUL GAMES.

You control this local data through your device. IVBUL GAMES cannot access or remotely delete gameplay data that remains only on your device.

4. Support Email

If you voluntarily email ivbulgames@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message or attachments. We use that correspondence to respond to your inquiry and provide support. Support email is separate from device-local gameplay and settings data.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Downloading or managing the game through Google Play may involve information handled independently by Google under its own terms and Privacy Policy. This is separate from the device-local gameplay data described above and correspondence sent to IVBUL GAMES.

Advertising, analytics, or other third-party services may be added or enabled in a future release. Any changes to data practices associated with those services will be described in an updated policy before or when they are introduced.

6. Retention

Locally stored gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until removed, including when you clear the application's storage or uninstall the application. Device or operating-system backup and restore features may affect whether local data is restored later.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your request, or where needed to comply with applicable legal obligations, protect security, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.

7. Deleting Your Data

You can remove device-local gameplay and settings data by clearing Military Evolution's storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the application. IVBUL GAMES cannot remotely delete local data that was never transmitted to us.

If you have emailed IVBUL GAMES, you can request deletion of personal information in identifiable correspondence by contacting ivbulgames@gmail.com. This request concerns correspondence we hold; it does not remove data stored only on your device. Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

8. Children's Privacy

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to IVBUL GAMES through support correspondence, they can contact us at the address below. This policy does not define the game's target-audience or age classification in Google Play.

9. Changes to This Policy

Military Evolution may change over time. If a release materially changes how information is collected, used, stored, or shared, we will update this policy before or when those changes are introduced. The current policy and its last-updated date will remain available on this page.
