About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ivbul Games handles information in the current Android testing version of Scam Center Tycoon, a mobile idle and tycoon game. It covers information handled through the game and information you choose to send us for support. Google Play handles some information independently, as explained below.

Information We Collect

The current version does not require an account and has no login system. Ivbul Games does not intentionally request or directly collect personal information through the game, such as your real name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or financial information. Information you choose to send us for support is described separately below.

Local Game Data

Scam Center Tycoon stores game progress and save data primarily on your device so you can continue playing. Removing the app or clearing its local application data may delete that progress. Ivbul Games cannot directly delete progress stored only on your device.

Support and Communications

If you voluntarily contact Ivbul Games by email or another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, screenshots, device information, or bug report details. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, investigate problems, improve the game, prevent fraud or security issues where applicable, and keep support records for as long as reasonably necessary.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

The app is distributed through Google Play. Google may independently process technical, account, security, download, device, diagnostic, or store-related information under its own policies and terms. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy. This processing is separate from information Ivbul Games directly requests through the game.

Advertising and In-App Purchases

The current testing version does not contain in-game advertising or in-app purchases.

Data Retention and Deletion

Game progress stored locally remains on your device until the app's data is cleared or the app is removed, subject to your device's backup and restore behavior. You can clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove local data from that device.

If you have contacted us for support, you may ask us to delete identifiable information in your correspondence by emailing ivbulgames@gmail.com. Please use the address you originally contacted us from so we can locate your messages. We will handle the request subject to information we may need to retain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. We retain support records only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Data Security

We take reasonable care with support information we receive. Local game data is protected in part by your device's own security settings. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.

Children's Privacy

The game is not designed to request personal information from children, and Ivbul Games does not knowingly solicit personal information directly through the game. If a parent or guardian believes a child has unintentionally provided information to us, they can contact us using the address below.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If future versions materially change our data practices or introduce third-party services that affect them, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when those features are introduced. The updated version and its date will appear on this page.
